At MAISON NOIR, we strive to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction with every order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns for any items once they have been delivered. This includes all fragrances and personal care products, as they are considered non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
